I thought it would be helpful to create a products page as people are always asking me for recommendations.
I only recommend products that I would use myself.
Therapeutic Heat Packs

Posture Wedge
Undoubtedly the simplest and most effective way to make almost any chair a friend to your back. Throughout the site I talk about posture and how critical a role it plays in spinal health and preventing back pain. Specifically, in my 4 part series on back pain I refer to this product. Lumbar Support
Office Chair.
If you are sitting for long periods in an office then maintaining your lumbar curve (lordosis) is essential. If the chair you are using does not have a built in lumbar support then purchase one of these strap on supports as a cheap alternative.
Car Seat.
Most car seats today have an adjustable lumbar support however in many cases it is poorly positioned or not big enough. If you are driving long periods, then an additional lumbar support is essential. Strap one of these onto your seat and prevent back pain now and in the future. Therapeutic Pillows
If you are unsure how to select the right pillow then firstly go and read the article ‘5 Tips on which is the right pillow’. As you will see most of their pillows are height adjustable which is the biggest factor in purchasing the right pillow.
I would recommend the ‘Complete Sleeprrr Original – Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow’ because you can adjust the height yourself by adding or removing the inserts. This is a great option that works for most people. If needs be you can even get Therapeutic Pillow to custom make a pillow to suit you!
